This year's California Legacy Run will be in memory of "Papa Mike" Cash.
Mike Cash. a member of ALR Chapter 684 - Ridgecrest, was one of the original founders of the California Legacy Run. In addition to the American Legion Riders, Mike was a well known and respected member of the Patriot Guard Riders and Run For The Wall. Mike made numerous cross country trips on his Harley Davidsons in support of all three organizations and their causes.
Mike dedicated himself to others, particularly his community and the military. Above all, he loved his family and friends. There are no words to express our thanks for all he did and the loss we feel in his passing. Accordingly, the 2025 California Legacy Run is dedicated to his memory.

Q. Where are we heading to?
Turlock to Auburn
Q. Will food be provided?
A. Yes. Snacks and thirst-quenching drinks will be provided throughout the ride. Lunch and dinner will be available at each Post or commercial stop for a fee. Donations are always welcomed.
Q. Are there hotels in the area we can stay at?
A. Yes, hotels will be listed on this site.
Q. What is included in the registration fee?
A. Early registration includes a Patch with Rocker. After early registration closes, there will be no Patch or Rocker provided.
Q. How many days are we scheduled to ride?
A. Two full riding days and a third half day
Q. Are out of state riders allowed to ride?
A. Yes. Please arrive early and well rested to register and participate in our safety meetings.
